Jaycee is the only organization in the world that has chosen developing its members as its guiding principle. The members are given excellent opportunities To attend various training programmes. In this Endeavour the trainer as the faculty members play a very important role. The JCI India spends much time and energy to continuously strengthen its pool of trainers. The Second step is to attend LAP & Speech Craft. LAP is a programme of Zone conducted by National Trainers at 1 centre. The course concentrates on aspects of Leadership Training and Chairmanship & Parliamentary procedures.
